Lotus Parable is proud to announce the upcoming release of ‘Va. Dawn’ - a compilation album produced in solidarity with the brave people - and especially women - of Iran, who are currently fighting for their freedom everyday. The album features tracks created exclusively for the project by 7 female producers, and inspired by their feelings toward the situation in Iran. The result is an emotive journey between ambient beats and hypnotic techno. The album will be released on 22 February 2023 on the record label’s bandcamp page lotusparable.bandcamp.com and proceeds will go towards helping children across Iran. The third release on Quintessence is the debut single by @yaroslavikonnikov, a promo resident who has recently immersed himself in producing.

Musically, the track Unpacked Karma is inspired by the aesthetics of low-tech, hypnotic and trance. Dense palisade bass, analog modulations, dreamy arpeggios and non-standard percussion pattern — that's the sound on our agenda.

Author's comment:

"For me, it's the soundtrack of an inner, deep journey. Sometimes it feels like an endless and pointless running in circles, but it's not. Each new entry is getting rid of excess and pretense, from all this bug—eyed fuss that prevents our mighty spiritual principle from manifesting."
