For the past week, Eugene has been atwitter with the widespread rumor claiming that Canadian-born singer-songwriter sensation, Justin Bieber, was in town rehearsing for his upcoming “Purpose” tour at Matt Knight Arena. Reporters from KWVA were the first to confirm this rumor to be true during a short interview with Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun.
