Conceived over 6 years ago as primarily acoustic sound-journeys, Belgian artist Peter Klank went through many iterations, slowly adding and layering the foundational concepts with analog hardware, effects and acoustic instrumentation. The result is two ultra deep and entrancing tracks that merge the best qualities of both disciplines. Tribal rhythms meet soaring atmospherics, ethereal pads behind acid patterns and mouth harp, each instrument applied in the most complimentary manner for an endlessly captivating listening experience. 
On remix request, Daniel Imhof translates Muladhara into a slow swaying masterpiece with equal parts groove and space. Inspired by the many cohesive fusions, Nathan Hall turns up the tempo to transform Air into a deep and driving trip.

@Menteorganica is a 18 year old Colombian that moved to Berlin this year and had a very smooth arrival in the scene. After gigs at Fusion festival and Kater Blau and releases with @numanumanuma and @Randomcollectivecr we are happy to present you his newest creation. We combined it with our first remix by our mutual friend @steffenkirchhoff. 50% of the profits are going to the @loveFoundation Water Project in Kenia and the other 50% are split equally between artist and label.

Archaeological evidence from prehistoric times suggests that the Earth was once viewed as a living, female being. Ancient texts and mythologies support the idea of a female deity associated with the earth and all life. The Phyrigian Earth Mother Kybele was one such figure among many and represented the earth, mountains, caverns, and all nature, the birth of humanity, the universe and everything in it. 

Inspired by this timeless and universal vision, this project is dedicated to featuring and celebrating the bounty and beauty of the creative works of women in music through special podcasts, original releases, and mixtapes curated by women producers, DJs, and musicians of a wide range of genres from around the world. 

In addition to highlighting the works of women in music, Kybele develops opportunities for broader inclusion of and greater collaboration among emerging and established artists  of all backgrounds through the "Friends of Kybele" series.
