Label was founded in 2008 by DJ KoT aka Jack-o'-Lantern and was known as Underground Records. In 2014 label became the part of Proton family and renamed in Uroborus. 

The long term vision of the label is to offer quality music that is deep, forward thinking and unique, while not sticking to one particular style of music the majority leans more towards Techno.

Began career of DJ in 1999 then started to write club music. Till 1999 played Acid Jazz and Trip-Hop in various groups (guitar, keyboard) Since then has written more than 800 tracks in many various styles. 

Have published and have signed more than 300 releases on labels of the countries USA, Germany, Great Britain, France, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Colombia, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Argentina. Australia, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Israel, Albania, Slovenia, Macedonia. Poland, Kosovo, Georgia. Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine...

Owner of label Uroborus (Underground Records Ukraine) from 2008. Now Uroborus is sublabel of Proton.
