“Demon in the Big Grey Coat” is a true story turned Southern Gothic ballad — a haunting tale of friendship, faith, and the thin line between sobriety, life, drugs and madness.

I met a, older man in the Phoenix desert heat— a 58-year-old chollo with a prison past and a good heart, who loved God, trying to stay clean. I was a broke-down artist rebuilding my life after homelessness. For a while, we were brothers — two lost souls watering dead ground, talking about God, life, and our lives. But drugs and demons took hold, and one night, he came to my door with a gun. My wife and I fled. I asked God to take him out of my life. The next day, he killed someone else, an unarmed woman, and is going to prison, probably for the rest of his life.  

This song is about that moment — about guilt, mercy, and how art and faith can still save what the world destroys.

Альбом "Саундтрек к так и не снятому фильму" создан по подобию классических саундтреков, в которых каждая песня существует только для определенной сцены фильма. В данном случае несуществующего фильма. 
В саундтреках в основном собраны песни разных стилей и исполнителей, поэтому гр. Каспийский Груз постаралась записать альбом таким образом, чтобы казалось, что каждую песню исполняют разные артисты, с разным флоу, голосом, манерой, используют разные стили музыки, разные инструменты и разные подходы к написанию инструментала. 
Ну и кроме всего прочего - это последний прощальный альбом Каспийского Груза. Всем Спасибо!
