Funday Friends is music from an open group of friends that jam and play music together. The name comes from Sunday Funday, which is a weekly hangout at Harlow Park in Marquette, MI. All of the songs here are one-take completely improvised songs. Anyone can jam along and there is no filter,  just having a fun time with love and music and friends. Make sure to spread the love!!  And by love I mean the heart shaped like button.... lol

Alain Johannes has worked with a "who's who" of rock icons.  His band Eleven toured with Pearl Jam and Soundgarden.  As a writer, producer and engineer, Alain has worked with Chris Cornell, Mark Lanegan, Jimmy Eat World, Queens of the Stone Age and Arctic Monkeys.  He's toured with Them Crooked Vultures and PJ Harvey. His new solo album is coming in 2020 on Ipecac recordings.

I enjoy music and sharing ideas.  Im here to grow as a musician.

Blanco Suave is a neo-soul & hip hop duo featuring Michigan-based musicians Luke Arquette & Gretchen McKenzie.

Blanco Suave have played music together in various groups since their early teens.This project spawned from a light-bulb package with the words “blanco suave” (in english; soft white) written on it.
