Founded in mid 2012 on the Central Coast of NSW Australia by two brothers, Matty Saturn, Blake Wares and a family friend Ray Mcgalligot who has since parted ways with the band.

The trio started playing songs from their favourite artists down the local pub on a Thursday night as a regular gig.

In late 2013 the boys decided to add thundering drummer Joel Martin and sleek bass player Aaron Sparks to the mix, Antidote For Irony was complete.

Now writing original songs the band is set to release their debut single and film clip in mid 2014, and have already started playing their first line of shows!

We are here to show the world what Australian music is all about, once again!
