The Completely Boys return with their ‘Heartbreakers EP’, two late-night hardware jams aimed squarely at the after-hours. 

The second offering from the Boys sees them back in the control room doing what they do best - loopy, hypnotic and nuanced long-form club music. Less is more. Tension and release.

‘Let Me’ leads the release with a lesson in machine funk - voguing robo-leads, tape delays and a hypnotic bassline combine to become something uniquely animated and human. A hit of pure dance floor energy made with the soul of technology.

On the flip is ‘Work On You’, a raw 303-heavy workout that leans on it’s own simplicity to lead the listener down a synth-laden rabbit hole with it’s uplifting breakdown, looping vocals and percussive hooks.

The collaborative project from Sydney-based producers Andrew Boon (aka @framesmusic) and Tom Gilmore (aka one half of bass music duo @b_o_o_m_a , the Heartbreakers EP drops September 4th via @OctoberRecords ahead of appearances in Sydney, Melbourne and the launch of their new monthly Sunday party, Completely Sundays, on September 13th
