Projektbeendigung – Ein persönlicher Abschied

Mit diesem Beitrag möchte Ich offiziell mein aktuelles Projekt beenden.
Es war eine Reise voller Leidenschaft,
Zweifel, Schaffen und Loslassen – ein
Kapitel, 
das mich geprägt und mir gezeigt hat, wie sehr Kunst aus dem Herzen kommt, wenn man den Mut hat, ehrlich zu bleiben.

Doch jedes Ende trägt den Anfang von etwas neuem in sich.

In den letzten Monaten hat sich mein Blick auf das Leben verändert – durch jemanden, der mir näher steht als alles andere: eine geliebte Person in meiner Familie, deren Stärke, Wärme und Liebe mich auf eine Weise inspiriert haben, die keine Bühne, kein Applaus und kein Publikum je ersetzen könnten.

Deshalb widme ich mich nun zusammen mit der Person, die in allen Situationen hinter mir steht, einem neuen Projekt, dass tiefer geht, aber echter ist als alles, was Ich bisher geschaffen habe. 
Es ist ein Versuch, Nähe, Erinnerungen und Dankbarkeit in Kunst zu verwandeln.

Dieses neue Kapitel entsteht nicht aus Ehrgeiz, sondern aus Liebe.

Ich danke allen, die mich auf dieser bisherigen Reise begleitet haben – für euer Vertrauen, eure offenen Ohren und Herzen.

Was jetzt kommt, ist kein Abschied von der Kunst, sondern eine Rückkehr zu ihrem Ursprung.

Project Conclusion – A Personal Farewell

With this post, I would like to officially conclude my current project.

It has been a journey filled with passion,
doubt, creation, and letting go – a
chapter that has shaped me and shown me how much art comes from the heart when one has the courage to remain true to oneself.

But every ending carries within it the beginning of something new.

In recent months, my perspective on life has shifted – through someone closer to me than anything else: a beloved member of my family, whose strength, warmth, and love have inspired me in a way that no stage, no applause, and no audience could ever replace.

Therefore, together with the person who has always stood by me, I am now dedicating myself to a new project that goes deeper, yet is more authentic than anything I have created before.

It is an attempt to transform closeness, memories, and gratitude into art.

This new chapter arises not from ambition, but from love.

I thank everyone who has accompanied me on this journey so far – for your trust, your open ears, and your open hearts.

What comes next is not a farewell to art, but a return to its origins.

Out of love.

Chime Garlands aka Benjamin learned to play the piano & the drums when he was a kid. After playing in numerous bands, he discovered the world of electronic music in 2011 and taught himself how to produce his own tracks.
One year later he started to release his ﬁrst tunes under the moniker 'Nimanslin'. He got signed by different labels in 2013 and released several Drum & Bass and Ambient albums.
In early 2015 Benjamin decided to start something fresh - he wanted to redeﬁne himself as an artist by changing his name to 'Chime Garlands'.
Benjamin explored the genres of House, Techno, Industrial, Acid & Trance and implemented them into his own work. 
His focus is the connection of organic sounds and electronic soundscapes. 
The ambivalence of raw, energetic elements and melancholic chord progressions is something he carried with him - and with every step as an artist. 
He describes his own music as 'dancy, fierce, melancholic and everything in between'.
