I have always been passionate about exploring the therapeutic potential of sound frequencies, whether through the use of instruments or the human voice. My interest in this field dates back to my younger years, when I became fascinated by spiritual practices and mindfulness. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to learning about trauma science, polyvagal theory, and neuroscience, and I am currently studying music production at the Open University in the UK. Through my studies and personal interests, I have become a sound healer and energy healer, with a strong desire to use my skills and knowledge to bring balance and healing to others.
