Devil Dancers is a 20 track storytelling compilation of experimental minimal wave and punk electronics.The title is a tribute to one of our favourite tracks by Oppenheimer Analysis (OA - Andy Oppenheimer and Martin Lloyd) that was originally self-released in 1982 on a cassette entitled "New Mexico" recorded at the height of the Cold War and home-taping boom. 

A deep exploration through experimental and industrial fields featuring a lot of new and well known faces: Devil Dancers goes further in the label references, while Alan Harman, Panoptique, Helen Island (Violent Quand on Aime) and Le Matin show that the future is also bright for minimal synth. 

Experimental music by Bound by Endogamy, Religius Order, Legion 808 and LostSoundBytes to set what is cool in industrial music.-

Dark Entries’ resident scuzzmasters De-Bons-en-Pierre return with the Card Short of a Full Deck EP, featuring six tracks of their signature sludge. In 2016, Beau Wanzer and Maoupa Mazzochetti fused forces in order to infect the world with their mutant analog strain, a noxious hybrid of 80’s DIY cassette electronics and 90’s Birmingham techno. Card Short of a Full Deck follows 2017’s Crepes EP and 2019’s EP No. 1 and EP No. 2, all released via Dark Entries. Their latest salvo features six tracks composed for a live performance in 2019. While a damaged sense of whimsy has pervaded their previous work, Card Short sees the duo ramping up the absurdity to obscene levels. Skittering rhythms dance over ghoulish basslines and haunting, rave-evocative chords on cuts “Le Râle du Mâle Alpha” and “Puddle Points”. Elsewhere, like on “Card Short of a Full Deck” and “Accidental Surgeries”, contorted vocals battle careening synths amidst post-apocalyptic waste. This deck’s not just short, it’s also full of jokers The sleeve for Card Short of a Full Deck was designed by Eloise Leigh, and features a punk zine xerox aesthetic with playing card motifs.

De-Bons-en-Pierre -  Scene Serpents

Inspired both by one of my friends and by the new game in the Armored Core franchise, I decided to make a more ambient project. If I could have made a soundtrack for AC6, it would have probably sounded like this.

I really wanted to make the project way longer with at least 15 tracks, but I was too saturated in other projects. I'm not the most patient person. So, I decided that those tracks need to get heard now. 

Between the preparation for 2 live shows, the writing of my first book, the wedding planification. I don't have the energy to continue this project to its full extent. I might just make another 8 tracks in the same theme later. Who knows.

Closing up the first side is 'Same shit fail (shame)', a mesmerizing slow tempo deep track by Lyon’s Big Science head honcho Warzou. Flip side is unwrapped by 'Weaklink' a Lliasons Dangerousesque floorfiller from Lost Soul Enterprises boss R Gamble, while 'Alpha' on B2 marks the return of Bianco Negativo on their label with a dreamy minimal synth // ambient techno hybrid. Sitting on B3 is the high tension cinematic EBM roller 'Duty-bound majority' by Colombian artist Filmmaker; B4 switches the vibe and turns full speed with a mutant electro excursion by LIES affiliated Chupacabras. Madmoizel’s 'Culture 19', a powerful yet playful raw post punk gem, brings the compilation to its final chapter.
