He started producing in 2012 and has been refining his craft ever since. As a DJ, he has been performing since 2019, delivering sets that balance melody and intensity.

ARAMBOA aka Moritz René Scharf is a Vienna-based producer, composer and
musician. Rooted in jazz, he is best known for his electronica / funk tracks and
collaborations with Anna Buchegger (Starmania), Elena Shirin, as well as with the
future ghetto punk icon Moonchild Sanelly (Beyoncé, Damon Albarn, Gorillaz, DIPLO,
Die Antwoord), to whose globally acclaimed hits on Transgressive Records (UK) he
has contributed significantly since 2019.
After playing Shows with his first Album Mereon Matrix all over Europe, taking part at
Eurosonic, Tallinn Music Week, Enea Spring Festival Poznan and Festivals in Germany,
Italy and Czech Republic, shows in South-Africa and the U.S. followed. Aramboa´s
commitment to pushing boundaries in Pop and Electronic Music lead to a broad
international network which made Moritz a highly demanded studio collaborator and
engineer, co-producing tracks with Harley Streten (Flume), Blakkamoore, Blxckie,
Moonchild Sanelly, Rizan Said (Omar Souleyman) and many more, while his
productions got exklusively picked and premiered from none other than Iggy Popp
(BBC Radio 1), Ebro Darden (Apple Music Radio) and Ru Paul. Now he has just
finished his 2nd Solo-Album “Automatic Sunset” which is an eclectic reflection of his
musical journey as a producer as well as a fusion of orchestrated arrangements,
gentle harmonies, atmospheric productions and heavy hitting grooves and bass-lines.

Moritz Scharf is involved in music since he started playing the guitar when he was 7 years old, which is 12 years from today. After being part in classical string quartetts and several band projects Moritz early switched to Jazzguitar at the age of 14 where he found the knowledge of composition and improvisation which built the basis for his electronic productions which he now practices also in his studies at MultiMediaArts Audio Department. Being part of Black Lotus Experiment, a project combining bassoon, guitar, trumpet, vocals and electronic beats and basslines, brought his musical influences to England where he plays a bi-weekly RadioShow for Rood FM, on which he released his first track with Black Lotus Experiment and further got featured by FatKidOnFire London, MindStep Music, SubFM and Chestplate in the Chestcast Vol.11. His upcoming solo project Momo is for him, personally, the end as well as a new beginning of an ever-changing musical journey through time and space.
