For the next instalment of the LWE mix series, we welcome Scotland’s rising house star @ewanmcvicar. After rising to prominence in 2020, McVicar quickly garnered the attention of tech-house superstar Patrick Topping, so much so he signed him onto his label Trick. Following this, he continued to receive rave reviews from the likes of Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Fatboy Slim, leading to live performances at Glasgow’s Sub Club and London’s Corsica Studios. With further releases on Shall Not Fade and Nervous under his belt, as well as his debut at Terminal V Festival later this year, this mix delivers a seamless concoction of groovy house with enchanting vocals, indicating a truly exciting career ahead of him.
