The Polish producer has proven his immense quality through recent gems on Sebastian Leger’s Lost Miracle, as well as an eclectic project with Radiant. Following his debut on TOR with Inner Awake, we welcome Ochman to the Selectors decks. Harnessing the staples of his sound - electronica dripping in melodic tones - he seamlessly blends synthetic and organic influences.

atsou wasn’t into house music since he was 12. He didn’t dj at school parties, neither did he make mixtapes in secret at night. Since 2007 though, when he had his first contact with the club culture, he had the dream to fill his whole room with records and spin them. A lot. Everywhere. It doesn’t matter if it’s disco, deep, or afro. It just has to be full of soul.It’s just music, and it’s supposed to make you dance, smile and be who you wanted to be.

As a dj that has been closely associated with Madorasindahouse, atsou has been there since the early days of preaching the afro house gospel in Greece. Since then, he has played in well respected venues around Europe (Watergate / Katerblau in Berlin, Djoon in Paris and Raspoutine in Rome to name a few), developing his sound with different textures of the modern dance scene. Among co-running the Madorasindahouse Record Label and exploring the depths of house music for labels such as Kindisch, Connected and of course Madorasindahouse Records, he is always keen on discovering new sounds that will offer some extra spice on the dancefloor.

With a deep and eclectic approach to dance music, Borak is known for his genre-bending acts formed with the influence of the farthest borders of Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
As a first encounter with music, Borak played in rock bands as a lead guitarist. Since his first days of engaging in musical instruments, he has always been fascinated by the sensations of world music. His enigmatic sound brings together powerful tribal drums, emotional Eastern ballads, eclectic vocals and powerful/dynamic bass frequencies.

Mix inspiration:
As an artist I highly associate my music with visualization and landscape ambiances. Whenever I play a set or listen a song I always see a specific image in front of my eyes that represents the music in my mind and I tend to create that environment for the listeners too. For this episode of DHLA Podcast I tried to create a desert ambiance which would evolve into different lands of the world.vAt the opening part of the set you can hear wind running through the sand dunes and footsteps of a bedouin on the sand.
