Hip hop has always been my first love as far as producing. The Vinyl Restoration series is the embodiment of that, as well as my escape from electronic music in general. I have a very simplistic approach for making the beats trying to take it back to the days of all vinyl sampling, swingy drums, and knocking snares. My aim for Vol. 5 and the series in general is to make music you can just live to.

Gábor Szundi a.k.a. GAHABBI came in contact with electronic music at the age of 14 and spent the next few years trying to find his place, checking out what the Budapest party scene had to offer. After 4 years of listening to drum ’n’ bass, he bought his first accessories for DJ-ing and started experimenting with playing music. He didn’t find it too interesting though until he got enchanted by progressive house and techno thanks to his older brother and his friends. After collecting music for 2-3 years he played his first progressive-house set at a private party in 2014 under the name of Sundi Jr., after his brother Sundi. That summer he visited O.Z.O.R.A for first time. It was enough to make him fall in love with the progressive and psytrance genres and it’s also when and where he met a new friend, Viktor aka Vektor Equilibrium. At the end of the year they played their first set together at a private New Year’s Eve party. In 2015 they continued playing together at private and public events too, like the famous Chakacsütörtök in Budapest or at Tilos Rádió, Samsara Festival. In May 2015 they started the Independance radio show on Radiozora with the famous Fine Beats team featuring styles of progressive house and techno. In the summer of the same year, his big dream came true, playing twice at O.Z.O.R.A Festival with Vektor Equlibrium.

As the next part of the series label DJ FOG presents you the Looney Moon sound in his brand new mix.

Listening to goatrance since 1994, he started djing in 1998 and played at first party in 2000; in 2004 he opened Looney Moon party org with a bunch of friends, and started producing events all over italy and abroad. Due to the success of the party org, In the end of 2007,the group decided to open Looney Moon records.
Label dj for the swiss label Peak rec since 2006 and label manager of Looney Moon rec with dj Phobos since the very beginning, dj Fog has rocked countless events all over the globe, including a lot of the bigger festivals.
He is mostly playing “Looney Moon” style but he has also a rich selection of forest and psychedelic / dark progressive: his sets on any style are rich of unreleased stuff from all the artist-friends around the globe and you can expect to hear long and clean mixes.
Beside being behind Looney moon records, that is lately having a great success worldwide, Fog is also co-founder of “Collider Art Gallery”, “Looney Moon Deco” and the stretch tents company “Tentourage”, as well as artistic and logistic consultant for several other events all around the globe.

It's too easy for an artist to overthink the release of new music, which often results in hoarding it from the world for far too long.  I find myself at a juncture in my personal life where i can no longer live as if there is any amount of time guaranteed in this body, where i can no longer afford to take things for granted or resist action for fear of the outcome.  We have this beautifully delicate opportunity to live, love, and express, and it is our duty to seek our potential through all of our connections, words, thoughts, and actions.  I am learning to release attachment, surrender expectation, and accept things as they are, and i'd like to reflect that through my music.  So with this offering, this music is no longer "mine" but belongs to anyone who may find it useful in aiding growth, joy, dance, introspection, flow, love-making, intra and interpersonal connection, and any other facet of your life.
