Landhouse & Raddantze (@landhouse-raddantze) presents Afterhour Sounds Podcast Nr.124

Für unsere #124 zeichnen sich diesmal die beiden Herren Landhouse&Raddantze aus Karlsruhe verantwortlich.

Seit nunmehr 4 Jahren gehen die beiden Freunde gemeinsam als DJ & Produzenten Duo durch dick und dünn. Bereits vor dieser Zeit waren sie schon seit einigen Jahren freundschaftlich miteinander verbunden und zogen in dieser Zeit gemeinsam durch die Partylandschaft. Dabei war ihr musikalischer Weg bis dato etwas unterschiedlicher Natur. Während sich Raddantze schon etliche Jahre dem Produzieren verschrieben hatte, war sein Kollege Landhouse seit jeher als leidenschaftlicher Vinyl-DJ bekannt. Beiden liegt das musizieren quasi in den Genen, denn sie stammen aus Musikerfamilien und wurden so schon sehr früh mit dem Musik-Virus infiziert. Schließlich haben sie bei einem ihrer gemeinsamen nächtlichen Ausflüge beschlossen ihre Liebe und Power für die elektronische Musik zu bündeln - Gott sei Dank möchte man fast sagen.

Ihr musikalisches Zuhause fanden die beiden Karlsruher in dem Netlabel Seaside Trip mit ihrer gleichnamigen Podcastreihe, wo ihr Captain Rolandson eisern das Steuer führt. Ihre Produktionen fanden bereits den Weg auf so klangvolle Labels wie Underyourskin Records, Serafin Audio Imprint, Black Hills Recordings und Wildfang Records und ihre Tracks werden von allen Größen der entschleunigten Szene gespielt, wie z.B. Mira, Unders, Monolink.

Für uns hat das Duo eine verträumte und zugleich verspielte Reise kreiert, welche uns Hörer sofort und unweigerlich in seinen Bann zieht - wahrlich zauberhaft. Dafür gebührt ihnen unser tiefempfunder Dank. Wir wünschen euch nun maximalste Unterhaltung mit unserer #124.

Thank you for dancing with me through a magical sunrise at my favorite festival, where I grew up! This McPomm-area is my home. Most of you know, that this really really meant a lot to me. Did I say that it reallyreallyreally meant a lot to me?! Sigh!
Sorry for everyone who did not get in, I really wished you would have been by my side and I hope this recording is a little comfort.

Oh Funfact: This set is a Fusion-Set hahaha!

Höchstfeierlich wurden dazu in einem DJ-Blind-Dating, B2B2B Paare gelost. Was dabei raus kam, könnt ihr nun hier hören.

Danke geht raus an @lasse_lambretta und @buchneroberst Obi für diese fantastische Geburtstags-Sause und an Julian für das ganze Fest. 
Der Fernsehgarten im Meier Theater hat gebrannt und der ganze Abend war ein riesiges Match.

“Judith van Waterkant was born in the beautiful baltic sea area and crashed into her fathers vinyl collection in a glas vitrine while dancing along with the record "Life is Life" at the tender age of 3. "Nananananaaa"!
Since then she’s not only gained a couple dangerous looking scars, which would be visible if she shaved her head, and gotten prepared to join in with the fights in the streets of Rostock, she’s also kept her deep passion of music with her, always on her mind. At the age of 14, she had a crush on her guitar teacher and has deeply loved music since that time, from every pore of her skin, which became even clearer to her later when she found herself in a massage circle where everybody was humming “Give Peace a Chance” in order to alleviate the difficulties and challenges of puberty. However, no one was supposed to find out about that. “If I die today, I’ll die happy” was her boozy attitude back then. It’s exactly this spirit that the Leipziger-by-choice tried to convey in her so-called Mindset-Sets, in a downbeat-comfortzone between 90-115 BPM on the dance-floors of the world or on the couch at home. And when that doesn’t work out, which seems pretty improbable, then at least on an Instagram hashtag.”
