It’s said that DJing is a job that needs no qualifications, but experience always shows. Eddie Richards, ‘Britain’s Godfather of House and Techno’(Mixmag), embodies this like no-one else. While many of his peers have faded into irrelevance or bloated into mainstream mediocrity, Eddie has remained at the forefront of cutting edge underground dance music, Often regarded as ‘the DJs DJ’, Eddie’s insatiable appetite for new music has meant he’s always one step ahead of the game, as his relentless schedule of gigs, remixes and original productions proves. The world of dance music may change with bewildering speed, but one thing remains constant: somewhere, Eddie Richards will be rocking the party.

G-Dubbs is a L.A native, and house music aficionado. With more than two decades in the electronic music industry and countless appearances to his credit he is a true purveyor of quality house music in Southern California.

His celebratory party, Sacred Grounds has established itself as a true legend in underground house music. Established in 1995, SGLA is still producing quality house events till this day.

Harnessing his passion for music into his sets, G-Dubbs is constantly pushing the boundaries of his sound. From his chunky funky house to his harder tech styles, he has mastered a unique style that continues to turn heads, and make new fans while consistently playing gig after gig.

Sacred Grounds, a tribal gathering created in the spring of 1995 with the vision of bringing different genre’s of the house sounds together under one roof in a warehouse atmosphere. As Sacred Grounds has grown, the SG Parties have become a multicultural experience, attended by a diverse crowd spanning a wide range of ages, lifestyles, and backgrounds brought together by these unique organic gatherings.

Sacred Grounds has been a staple in the L.A. underground house movement since 1995. It was originated by G-Dubbs aka Carlos, and Ruben Medellin. Brought to life by Lou, Raul, and the SG family.

Working hard to keep the vibe as underground as possible we have found ourselves on a 20 year journey that would lead us to a vibe and concept that cannot be compared to any other. Starting out as a small one-off underground party to becoming one of Los Angeles premiere house events. We have steadily grown throughout the years with people attending from as far north as Alaska, and as far east as Japan. Having guest deejays from across the globe our sound is not to be categorized. From the deep soulful sounds of Tony Humphries to the more, funkier, stomping sounds of Derrick Carter we cater to all house enthusiast alike.
