The Machine Soul, AKA Robert Folkesson. Robert was part of the early rave and house scene in Stockholm, dj-ing at various underground warehouse parties and legendary clubs like Deep in Bleep, Monday Bar and Le Garage. The Machine Soul is Roberts’s brain child for producing deep and groovy downtempo, tech and deep house - plus the occasional acid techno attack - released on labels like Hug Records @hugrecords EKORD @ekordmusic , When Disco Goes Wrong, Paisley Dark Records @yeadonred and his own label Machine Soul Records.

You can spot him from time to time doing live and dj sets - often together with his wingman Mindbender - @marten-attling

Machine Soul Records is a Nordic based music publishing company specializing in the deeper shades of electronic music. Our goal is to create, find and deliver great new music to a broader audience.

That’s how Julians music sounds like. He is a live act, DJ and producer from Köln and known for his acidic vibes and organic flows.
