We are happy to welcome Sista Kata a new singer on the label from the Basque Country (Sp), who debut with this powerful tune called “Distance” singing on pro of Human rights and equality. The riddim is produced by George Palmer exclusively for her, and it's the first of a number of upcoming releases between each other. The production has a late 70’s roots taste inspired by Mighty Trees style, which fits perfectly with the background of Sista Kata who got her influences from Soul and R&B. The production is the result of George Palmer interest and research on the roots production style from Jamaica and Uk roots music style across of different decades as 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. 
As usual the single on the B side “Distance Dub”  is a crafted dub version from the house engineer, Jimmie Dub Troubles.

Inspiration is the new single born from the combination between the singer George Palmer and the Catalonian producer Don Chavito, who is introduced on the label with this solid riddim. 

George Palmer bring fresh lyrics to the production, approaching the riddim with a very special swing on the metric, making a real dancehall hit for the sound system lovers.
Don Chavito is a very active selector and producer, being part of different projects as; “Molts records” or “Jamaikids”  which bring closer sound system culture to the young ones. Inspiration riddim is an edgy production created through the investigation on synthetic and digital instrument influenced by 80’s digiroots and dancehall styles.
On the B sides you can listen a crafted dub version by our engineer in house “Jimmie Dub Troubles” taking this “Inspiration Dub” to a new psychedelic level.
