I felt like trying something a little 80s style, sort of hold on era type things. This was what I came up with. Not really properly mastered or anything, but it was fun to make :)

Cell Phone

Maybe it's only obvious to me, but I always imagined that most of my funky / bluesy / jam session tracks are played by the same band, faffing about while waiting for that diva singer to show up.

The goal of resurrecting this old track was to give the solo lead a more robust backing, and the organ accomplished that quite nicely. The solos are pretty much untouched, except for some vibrato and note length tweaks. This was also a great excuse to dive into Harmor resynthesis, importing the actual single-cycle waveforms used in the XM.

All in all, I think the band has matured a lot since 1996, wouldn't you agree? =)

I was inspired by migmint's videos and lyrics to create a song that came to mind, so I collaborated with the source of the influence themself!

This is a short loop bgm that I made while reminiscent of an animation that looks like a person immersed in a game by themself.
