Hi Guys.
I made a mix with some of my favorite tracks that was released in 2020. It’s a mix of tracks that I enjoyed listening and dancing to "in the kitchen" over the year. Of course there has been A LOT more of awesome releases in 2020 and the list could be MUCH longer, but these ones stand out to me, and make me feel great and I imagine how it would sound on a festival. I hope it will bring a little bit of joy or good feelings to you too and maybe take you on a journey.
I recommend everybody to go support the artists, listen to their music and follow them on social media if you like the tracks. Most of the tracks has been cut and edited from their original form to fit this mix.

Phaxe's 2020 X-Mas MixTape

...With her roots in jungle music, Lali dedicated herself to turntablism and experimenting on Ableton over 15 years ago. Recently she has been seduced by the dark side of psychedelic music, finally uniting her with the sound she has always craved. The translation of her alias reflects her musical style, Lali; playful, Shyama; darkness.

I started spinning Jungle records when i was 14 and making beats on Ableton by 15, my original sounds came out like glitch, dub and breaks with a dose of shamanic medicine, but i never felt true resonance with my sounds. In 2014 i went to India on spiritual pilgrimage and in Goa fell in love with the darker sounds of psytrance. In early spring of 2017 i began experimenting with my new found obsession -dark psychedelic music, creating ethereal and eerie soundscape frequencies allowing me to transmute sufferings of samsara into conscious bliss creations.
