Die Dresdner Clubkultur ist vielfältig und leuchtet weit über die Stadtgrenzen hinaus. DAVE – Dresden Audio Visual Experience – versteht sich als Podium, um einmal im Jahr die hiesige elektronische Subkulturszene in all ihrer Vielfältigkeit zu präsentieren.

Dabei denkt DAVE Clubkultur anders. Seit 2014 tritt das Festival an, um den Alltag der elektronischen Musik in Dresden aufzubrechen und deren Grenzen neu zu verschieben. Es sorgt für Bewegung und Begegnungen in der Dresdner Clubkultur. Dazu baut DAVE elektronische Klanglandschaften an vertrauten, aber auch außergewöhnlichen Orten. Menschen werden zusammengebracht, die sich sonst kaum zum kulturellen Austausch treffen. 

Zudem werden einzigartige kulturelle Erfahrungen geboten, die der Stadt offenbar gut zu Gesicht stehen. Immerhin wurde das Festival 2016 mit dem städtischen Förderpreis ausgezeichnet. DAVE findet zwar in Dresden statt, zeigt sich aber ausdrücklich offen gegenüber Künstler*innen und Projekten aus anderen Städten oder Ländern. Plattformen wurden geboren, die Profis und Nachwuchskünstler*innen dazu befähigen, selber spannende Projekte zu gestalten und auch aktiv bei DAVE mitzumachen, egal ob in musikalischem oder visuellem Rahmen. Das vielfältige Programm, das Jahr um Jahr erweitert wird,  ist deshalb nicht nur abwechslungsreich, sondern auch lehrreich. 

Für die Programmgestaltung sorgt ein weit verzweigtes Netzwerk von ehrenamtlich tätigen Akteurinnen und Akteuren der Dresdner Kultur- und Musikbranche, die eine gemeinsame Leidenschaft und jede Menge Idealismus vereint.

RosaRubea is a multimedial project which involves music, poetry and visual art.
It is Expression, Vision and Manifestation.
Art and Creation in RosaRubea are exploration and experimenting in 
the territories of the Unknown.

RosaRubea was born in Milan between 2009 and 2010 from the collaboration between Daniela Bedeski (already known as lead soprano voice of the cult band Camerata Mediolanense) and Pino Carafa (electronic music composer) who also collaborated with Camerata Mediolanense, answering to a strong expressive and creative urge. Since the beginning, the spirit which guides the duo is that of experimenting: electronic music and the versatile voice of the talented soprano Daniela Bedeski (concept creator, co-author of the music and author of the lyrics) perfectly blend, incarnating an intense creative dynamism. 

Soon the wish to widen the duo transforming it into an ensemble blending electronic with classical music realizes itself as Marco Bosio, piano, Zeno Gabaglio, cello, and Michele Fiore, drums, join the band. 
Thus was born the debut EP, "The Fire and The Rose", issued on April 28 2011 for the meritorious Italian label Old Europa Cafe, album centered on the concept of birth-death-rebirth through the four elements. 
The ensemble with its debut EP draws the attention of the main Italian music magazines and the Italian and foreign webzines, with large-scale recognitions. 
RosaRubea's international debut takes place soon in June 2011 at the XX Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig, on the prestigious Schauspielhaus stage.

In 2012 an important change takes place in the band, as Pino Carafa quits the ensemble while Yann Turrini, synths and samplers, and Ermanno Fabbri, guitar, join in. The experimental vocation of the band now opens to a wider musical spectrum, moving towards an estranging psychedelia and a sometimes rough and sharp electronic sound, onto which Bedeski's voice, now soft now deep, always intense, shapes new soundscapes. 

After the issue in February 2013 of "TRE ERT TRE", CDr, OEC, live at the Villa Festival 2012, art limited edition of 111 copies, the band works hard on its forthcoming album: thus on September 11 2015 RosaRubea issues its first full-length album, "Chrysalide", CD, Old Europa Cafe.
"Chrysalide" is a concept album of transformation: the metamorphosis of the Chrysalis mark the change towards a further musical and expressive research.
The album gets excellent reviews on the main Italian music magazines (Rockerilla, Rumore, Blow Up) and on Italian and foreign webzines, many of which include "Chrysalide" in their 2015 "Best-of".
In 2016, RosaRubea widens its live line-up, with the collaboration of Annamaria Bernadette Cristian, cello, and soon that of talented musicians from the underground Italian scene.

Daniela Bedeski has always sung. A shy child and girl, her shyness disappeared on stage. 
As she was graduating in Foreign Languages, she joined Camerata Mediolanense in 1995, becoming its lead female vocals. Meanwhile, she was touring Italy with "Les Nouveaux Trouvères", an ensemble devoted to medieval music.
She has studied Opera, specializing in the baroque repertoire with Antonella Gianese and following master classes with Roberto Gini, Lavinia Bertotti, Gloria Banditelli and Claudine Ansermet.
She has sung as the lead female vocals in Camerata Sforzesca and Dame Mediolanensi and has collaborated with numerous projects, e.g. Cropcircle, Runes Order, Der Blaue Reiter, Les Jumeaux Discordants, NG.
Around 2009, the urge to give voice to her inmost feelings has brought her to found with Pino Carafa (who later quit the band) the project RosaRubea - involving other talented musicians - where, besides singing, she is also the author of part of the music, the lyrics and the concept in general. 

Daniela Bedeski is also the author of numerous poems.
Her first collection of poems "De l'Amor sospeso e de l'Amor rubeo", L'Arca e l'Arco Edizioni, has been published in December 2013.
A small selection of her poems has been published in "Poesia come cosa viva. Atti di Altramarea e Argonauti nel Golfo degli Dei 2009" edited by Angelo Tonelli, Milano, Arcipelago Editore, 2010.
Another selection of her poems is contained in "Poetika vol. VI", Onirica Edizioni, 2014.

She is a translator and a teacher.
