some improv i recorded on may 4th, one day before my birthday on the piano i grew up with :) i learned piano and music by ear, all my lessons were sight reading which i forgot. these chords are developed over lots and lots of fiddling and it is a very slow and sometimes dreadful process .. please enjoy, more to come.. sorry its taking longer than i thought ..

Edge of the Wood is a longform solo piano cycle shaped by the emotional weather of old woodland storybooks: curious paths, domestic refuge, windy disorder, small ceremonies, wandering appetite, mild sorrow, playful intelligence, and twilight return. The album moves like a walk through a remembered forest, beginning with first steps and bright pastoral air, passing through comic miniatures, lyrical reveries, restless studies, and elegiac reflections, then arriving at the title piece, where the known world meets the unknown in a calm, luminous threshold. The closing postlude does not end the place so much as leave it behind in one’s hearing, as though the path continues after the final cadence.
