l'orizzonte degli eventi nasce nell'ottobre del 2009, quando al mago (chitarra e voce) e al rasta (batteria), si uniscono il trulli (chitarra) e il randa (basso). inizia una vastissima produzione di pezzi originali, fatti ascoltare al pubblico nei numerosi concerti durante l'estate 2010. in autunno incidono il primo CD autoprodotto, intitolato "orizzonte degli eventi" e rilasciato a gennaio 2011. nel corso dell'anno suonano dal vivo in diversi locali, manifestazioni e concorsi sia in provincia di milano che fuori, dividendo il palco con numerose band del panorama milanese e non.
a ottobre 2012 entra a far parte del gruppo ciso, in qualità di chitarra aggiuntiva.

attualmente l'orizzonte è al lavoro in studio di registrazione.

ma l'orizzonte non si ferma qui, continuando nella sua missione.
portare ovunque il suono dell'universo.



Andrea Mattioli,  a.k.a metyu, begins his dj career in 2006 mixing some tracks during friends private parties.
His first professional chance came in november 2008 when he started playing at Italghisa in reggio Emilia and during other local events. In 2013 he became resident dj in a well known summer club, arena sunshine, central meeting point of parma's night life.
Since then it has been a continous growth till becoming the principal dj for the most important parma's social events.
At the present he is the resident dj at bebop disco club for important soiree like unipulp and london's corner.
His debut studio album Bikini was released in 2009 an launched him into the mainstream.
After few years he signed a contract with net's work record and in 2014, after  Nice to meet you alum release, his tracks were chosen for M2O 36th compilation.
Recently he started a collaboration with the artist Olli Vincent switching his style in a more minimalistic one.
In his personal life metyu is not only a dj but also a student of Arrigo Boito music academy in parma under the baton of maestro luca tessadrelli and Gianluca Faccini.
On the classical side he composed the piano track nascere and is currently working on other orchestral compositions.
Music is also the main theme of metyu first book La sinfonia proibita. Not only a musician but also a writer. 
In conclusion Metyu is an eclectic artist who varies from the classical to the disco music from the literature to the philosophy..
With only one clear dream in his mind: to reach people's hearts through the only power of his art.
