Hi, everyone! It's Brandon again. It's been a few weeks...did you miss me? I sure hope so. I definitely missed you! The weather has been getting warm lately, hasn't it? The plants are coming back and the breeze is more pleasant. I'm definitely enjoying the weather being a bit better. If it's getting warmer for you as well, try to enjoy this pleasant change as safely as you can.

Today's upload, titled "Fate Of The Misfortunate", is a unique and interesting rendition of Vinpie's popular song, "Misfortune". It served as the fan made soundtrack for a theoretical battle against a beloved UNDERTALE character, Papyrus, within the space of TS!UNDERSWAP, a crazy twist on the original world of UNDERTALE. Many years ago, Vinpie's attempt at a soundtrack for this scenario received critical acclaim for its unique nature, bouncy rhythm, masterful composition, and relation to Papyrus as the character that we know and love.

You can find these same shining gems hidden in "Fate Of The Misfortunate". Produced with a unique creative image in mind, you can feel the weight of a lost world, doomed to misfortune, in this meaningful composition. Enjoy an emotionally moving orchestra of instruments setting the tone of loss while jagged and unsettling synths bring you back to the realities and dangers of a fight to the death. Along the way, listen to familiar compositions from UNDERTALE's stunning soundtrack such as "Bonetrousle", "MEGALOVANIA", and "Small Shock", while also catching a brief reference to an inventive theme in TS!UNDERSWAP's soundtrack, "Starlight Savior". The colorful world of monsters built by Team Switched, and Toby Fox, has come to an end, and that end has a new sound in "Fate Of The Misfortunate".

- This song took just over twenty two hours to produce, mostly over the span of about a week.
- I only decided to remix "Misfortune" in particular due to Divide sending me the skeleton of a mod that someone was doing for the song in Friday Night Funkin'.
- The artistic direction and select fonts on this post are references to "Batman: The Animated Series" from 1991. I had this image in mind while producing, and Divide brought it to life in the strongest way possible.
- I can't pick a favorite part this time! I'm very happy with how the entire song turned out.

OH MY GOD. FINALLY THIS SERIES IS OVER. Hey guys, Med here, back again to end off a very exciting and different album that me and my good friend Tee created together. We've had a few ups and downs including a SHIT TON of scrapped versions of different Underswap MEGALOVANIAS to use. But I finally decided on ANDRONOPHONOVANIA and ended it how I like it, metal and action-packed. I REALLY hope you guys enjoy this as I had a FUCKING blast making this, with over 10 hours straight, I really need a rest and again, Seriously follow tee (@lapaultj). They are fucking awesome at music and I couldn't have asked for a better partner for this. Hello, listeners! It's me, the Drop0ff. After a few delays and five different renditions, the next request is up for eager ears, so let's get right to listening.

I composed the original DESTITUTIONE over five years ago; a track styled in the likeness of UNDERTALE's MEGALOVANIA, it opted to capture the melancholic atmosphere of a life-or-death face off against a beloved UNDERTALE character, Papyrus. It quickly became a fan favorite with hundreds of renditions flying off of shelves worldwide, but the truth is that I never did a complete release of the song; WIPs and snippets that I had put out over the years simply took on a life of their own, straying farther and farther from their doting, smiling, sunglassed father.

Until today.

Destitutione: Down To The Bone addresses the demands of its predecessor with utmost excellence. Immediately capturing a dark and nearly mirrored atmosphere to UNDERTALE's MEGALOVANIA encounter, you are soon introduced to a far more flexible landscape of sounds and instruments to capture the character of Papyrus and his far more emotionally moved soul. While your smashing drums, vicious bass, ringing vibraphones, and shining electric keys will keep UNDERTALE fans feeling right at home, a dazzling piano, empowering rock guitar, and even a passionate banjo will keep you guessing every step of the way. This is how it feels to be utterly disappointed in one's actions...

And while it's not the best in the mixing department, I'm admittedly a little rusty, I hope you all can take it for what it is; a nice way of wrapping up a silly little project of mine that's been admittedly lying around collecting dust for a very long time.

Valis: The Fantasm Soldier was originally made for the Japanese NEC PC-8801 home computer in 1986, but I first saw it on an MSX. It has a cool soundtrack composed by Shinobu Ogawa, albeit somewhat limited by the sound hardware of the time. A few years later, I played the 1991 Mega Drive (Sega Genesis) remake, which has an awesome soundtrack and is the main inspiration of this arrangement, made for the Konami VRCVII (also known as VRC7) sound chip.

CONCLUSION

Bone to Pick is one of my favorite AU tracks of all time.
Instead of going for a more conventional cover, I tried to create a bit of a genre blend.

I am currently doing research in a laboratory, and have a few other projects going on in Med School, so uploads won't be frequent for a long time.

It's a beautiful day here at my home on the east coast. I'm on break, and I passed my driving test today. To top it off, I finally finished the update to my Explain cover. Pretty good day if you ask me. After being dissatisfied with the previous version, I figured that after 8 months it's finally time for an update.
