Didymo (aka Rock Snot) is an invasive algae-like species that lives in cold fresh-water streams. Since it's introduction in New Zealand it has caused havoc to rivers. It's not a great plant, but it is a fun word.

Jdotbalance (or just Jdot for short) is a chicanx producer hailing from Chicago by way of Texas. Their sound can be categorized as balancing left-field and breaksy with hooksy and sound-system-ready. They’ve also been featured on Lot Radio and are set to release their debut EP on @FixedRhythms July 29th, with a second vinyl release set for September on a mystery label (TBA)
