The chakras mirror your thoughts and emotions. They also react to external stimuli. Sages from old ages already had this knowledge. Hindu seers developed mantras to match specific vibrations. Tibetan monks perfected chants and tuned bells and bowls to specific tones that had a positive effect on the body and, particularly the chakras.

These ancient frequencies can be replicated today by modern techniques. Modern research has found evidence on the effect that different frequencies have on our bodies, brain and energy fields.
