The chakras mirror your thoughts and emotions. They also react to external stimuli. Sages from old ages already had this knowledge. Hindu seers developed mantras to match specific vibrations. Tibetan monks perfected chants and tuned bells and bowls to specific tones that had a positive effect on the body and, particularly the chakras.

These ancient frequencies can be replicated today by modern techniques. Modern research has found evidence on the effect that different frequencies have on our bodies, brain and energy fields. Being part of the city's ever-evolving music scene, I’ve had the privilege of being a regular selector at venues like The Kazimier Garden, The Wind Factory, Egg Café, Kitchen Street, Constellations (RIP), Camp and Furnace, The magnet, The Shipping Forecast, Attic, Café Tabac, and Reeds. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to warm up and close for incredible artists and selectors like Andrew Ashong, Crazy P, Orla, Detroit Swindle, Craig Charles, and Auntie Flo and so many local legends in my home city Liverpool.
