Found this piece of music on old tape of mine by surprise (didn't remember it up to this moment). Written and recorded 34 years ago with a 4 channel mixer and a HiFi tape recorder. I thought I had to re-record it because the old one sounded somewhat noisy and so as I recorded it again anyway, I added some little details. So after 30 years maybe the journey of this little song has come to a stop rather than to the end. Because it tells the story about loving the thought of eternity, although it feels impossible to imagine a thing like eternity or maybe just because of it.

The lyrics are inspired by an experience I had following a caffeine detox; I accidentally ordered regular instead of decaf, which led to an afternoon of the shakes and shivers. st. caffeine = frantic.”
