Every floor at the magic duck paradise called Sisyphos has it's own unique energy but nothing matches a packed, steamy Wintergarten floor. It's love, smiles and a close connection to the beautiful dancers in front of you.
We had the honour to play a nightfall set from 20-00 on a Saturday night and we could not have imagined it better. Full house from the start till the very end. Countless musical surprises and endorphin explosions. We thank each and every one of you sexy souls for this outstanding session. Ein Gelehrter antwortete einmal auf die Frage “Wie viele Sterne es gäbe?“ mit „Es gibt mehr Sterne im Universum als Sandkörner auf der Erde.“ Nun kann man behaupten, der Mann habe es sich nur einfach gemacht oder man kann seine Genialität anerkennen. Denn dieser Satz gibt uns eine bessere Vorstellung von der Unendlichkeit des Alls als die geschätzte Anzahl von 70 Trilliarden (eine 7 mit 22 Nullen) Sternen. Es gibt also eine Menge zu entdecken und der Satz „Man sieht sich immer zwei Mal im Leben“ wäre im Weltall blanker Hohn. Wer auszieht in das unendliche Schwarz, verschreibt sich wohl auf ewig der Einsamkeit.
Doch was immer bleibt ist die Musik. Die Musik in unserem Kopf. Lasst eure Gedanken von Lars Moston mit neuen Melodien füllen die euch durch den Alltag tragen und die ihr summen könnt, wenn um euch herum sonst nichts ist außer den Sternen.

Exactly today 20 years ago Watergate opened its doors for the very first time! 20 crazy years of Berlin club culture. Honored to be part of the anniversary celebrations. Closing the club with a 6 hour set after a turbulent show by maestro Maceo Plex in the main floor felt unreal.

Have a relisten of the 6 hours morning adventure with lots of new tracks by some (or since it is 6 hours actually a lot) of my fav artists and colleagues. Plus quite a few unreleased own tracks.

Lasst uns gemeinsam mit Anna & Laura aka @crewombrelle vom Hamburger @kosmosundkrawall das vergangene Jahr abschließen und mit voller Korkenkraft voraus in Richtung Future schießen! 

Das unzertrennliche Duo kennt sich seit der 7. Klasse und vibed seit jeher musikalisch wie interpersonell. Seit 2017 verpacken sie ihre schöpferisch-feminine Power in treibende Sets, die bereits auf Hausnummern wie dem Fusion Festival, dem Habitat oder im mediterranen Italien zu hören waren. 

Bekannt für ihre elektronischen 4/4 Takte bei roundabout 124 bpm und genredurchbrechende Track-Kurationen, laden ihre musikalischen Schöpfungen zum auf den Stuhl steigen und Hände in die Luft schmeißen ein. Altbekannte Sounds treffen melodische Vocals, die wiederum in ganz viel Groove eingebettet werden. Hauptsache der Sound flashed und verhält sich wie ein Euphorie auslösender Tritt in den Allerwertesten, der uns sprichwörtlich in das kommende Jahr katapultiert.

Neues Jahr, neues Glück oder wer hat noch nicht, wer will nochmal.
Den Jahreswechsel sollte man zum Anlass nehmen, die alten Faxen sein zu lassen. Fliegt die erste Rakete in die Luft, wird die letzte Kippe geraucht und das letzte Bier geext. Dann im Dauerlauf von der Party Heim, schon mal die ersten Kalorien verbrennen im neuem Jahr. Zudem soll frische Luft gegen Stress helfen. Den 12 Wochen Plan für die Bikini-Figur noch schnell aus der Schublade gezaubert und eh das Feuerwerk zu Ende ist, ist man auf dem besten Weg in ein neues Leben. Doch wurde das Ganze auch richtig angegangen?
Lieber nochmal schnell den Radioexperten zu Rate ziehen. Aha in seiner unendlichen Weisheit rät er sich möglichst große Ziele zu stecken, dass erhöht den Grad der Befriedigung beim Erreichen. Naja der wird es schon wissen. Aber halt, der Mann vom Frühstücksfernsehen kann aus Erfahrung berichten, dass kleine Ziele das Durchhaltevermögen steigern. Was tun?
Folgen sie doch dem deep stories Ratgeber für gute Vorsätze. Sie wollen mehr Zeit mir der Familie verbringen, neue Bekanntschaften machen, mehr an der frischen Luft sein und abnehmen?
Dann raten wir ihnen die Schnürsenkel gut zu zu binden, safety first, die Frau zu schnappen und ab auf das nächste Open Air. Dank der globalen Erwärmung findet bestimmt auch bald eines in ihrer Nähe statt. Wenn man dort angekommen ist, gilt es sein bestes Lächeln aufzusetzen und ordentlich das Tanzbein zu schwingen. Der Stress und die Kalorien verschwinden wie von Zauberhand und Glückseligkeit sollte sich bereits nach wenigen Minuten einstellen.

🦋 Wie hast du Silvester verbracht?
- Ich bin kein großer Fan von Silvester und arbeite stattdessen lieber, um anderen eine schöne Nacht zu bereiten. Dieses Silvester konnte man mich sogar in meinem resident Club hinter der Bar und dann anschließend hinterm Pult finden. Danach gings dann erstmal zu Freunden zu deren After Hour.

🦋 Gibt es schon Festival Dates wo wir dich diesen Sommer auf jeden Fall sehen dürfen?
- Ich bin dieses Jahr unter anderen in Kroatien beim 3000Grad am Meer und natürlich dem 3000Grad Festival in Feldberg. Zudem kann man mich mal wieder auf dem Wurzel Festival hören. Es kommen aber noch ein paar tolle Überraschungen dieses Jahr, die ich jetzt noch nicht verraten darf.

🦋 Steht bei dir dieses Jahr irgendwas großes an?
- Wenn alles klappt, bringe ich vielleicht schon dieses Jahr meinen ersten Track raus, den ich gemeinsam mit einem guten Freund produziert habe. Darauf bin ich schon sehr gespannt, wie dieser Weg noch so weiterlaufen wird.

Zu elektronischer Musik tanzen ist sie schon immer gern gegangen. Ihre Musik einer fremden Feier-Crowd zu präsentieren, war aber eigentlich nicht der Plan.
 Als Mia Mangata aus diversen Gründen jenem Vergnügen eine Weile nicht mehr nachgehen konnte, wurde die Sehnsucht nach der Musik einfach zu groß und … schwupps, da stand auch schon das erste DJ-Equipment in den eigenen vier Wänden. 🤩
Kaum begonnen (2019), legte die gebürtige Frankfurterin einen echten Kickstart hin: direkt zu Beginn von “Jeden Tag ein Set” gefeatured, ist sie mittlerweile in Clubs wie dem KitKat, dem Ritter Butzke, dem Mensch Meier uvm. bekannt. Auch deutschlandweit sowie in den Niederlanden oder Polen, heizte sie ihrem Publikum bereits mit ihrem energetischen Sound ein. Dabei bewegen sich ihre Sets von Melodic Techno über Indie Dance bis hin zu Progressive House. Seit 2022 gibt es von ihr auch Techno à la 129 - 134 BPM unter dem Namen M² auf die Ohren.

Berlin-based Mona Moore has been a passionate lover of Electronic music since the year 2000. Sooner or later, she had to venture behind the decks. 

She had her debut in "her living room" as she calls KaterBlau. Even outside of Berlin, Mona Moore has already presented the audience her music, which she calls a deep groovy and melodic Techno / Deep House.

Meanwhile she also curator of a mix series (Out of Space and Time) on Proton and also the organizer of the event series "Enorm in Form" at KaterBlau. 

In the pandemic period, she has started to produce music and the first track "Fleur" was released in June 2021 together with Stan Starry on the label Katz&Kauz. Releases followed on the labels "Rebellion der Träumer" and "Grey Bar Hotel".

Her philosophy when she is playing: "Sharing the love of music and thereby forgetting a few hours of space and time".

LF RMX 016 clearly splits its intention between the two sides. First going head-on and far out in Len Faki‘s trancey but fast-shoving Hardspace edit of Jesse Somfay‘s 2005 track ‚Can You See Me I‘m Waving‘. Then it‘s all about imagining the place suggested by ’Small Pebbled Forest’, where water-like melody sprinkles over deep, progressives basses, and fireflies seem to be lighting up an enchanted scenery.

As usual with LFRMX releases, the proceeds of this record will be forwarded entirely to charity organization Straßenkinder e.V., who are working to offer help to the children living on the streets of Berlin.

British-German DJ and producer Lars Moston from Berlin runs Outergalactic Music and also releases on some of the world's most influential House Music labels such as Katermukke, Kittball and Nervous Records. He has collaborated with Boris Dlugosch, Teenage Mutants, Juliet Sikora, and Dirty Doering among others and remixed the likes of grammy winner Purple Disco Machine, Claptone, Mike Mago, Si Begg and Moonbootica to name just a few. 
As a DJ Lars has raised roofs at world famous venues such as Watergate Berllin, Pacha Ibiza, Printworks London and festivals like Fusion and Tomorrowland with his trademark positive sound. Crafting a highly energetic mix full of little suprises and nods to his personal musical history, taking crowds on a journey full of twists and turns that he himself discovers in the moment, these are sources of tangible enjoyment for him. And it shows.
