The Badeye project is a ‘genre-hopping’ songwriting and music production collaboration between Andy Empsall Walker and Scott Slater. It began with a chance meeting at a house party in 2007 and quickly became a partnership based on a mutual love of melody and harmony.

Since then, we have enjoyed sharing acoustic versions of our original music at various open mic events, gigs at a range of Worcestershire and Warwickshire venues and local festival performances. 

We have also  been lucky enough to have been supported by BBC Introducing in Hereford and Worcester, who have shown their support with regular air-play of original Badeye material as well as inviting us to perform live last year.

We make music that we would like to listen to ourselves and our collective vast musical influences have resulted in a back catalogue of music which crosses various genres and simply cannot be pigeonholed. 

What we do may or not be your thing but we like to think that we have something for everyone.
