WORK WIP

“30something” is the second full-length release from Maryland's premiere alternative hip-hop artist Truce II Headrush.  It is also the second album of The Enigmatic Trilogy, tracing the journey from childhood to adulthood for an individual in no way qualified for such an undertaking.

The album eschews the worn-out braggadocio about wealth, power, and sexual exploits that dominate hip-hop -- it's a grown-up record that tackles grown-up topics, including fatherhood, politics, nostalgia, regret and concern about society’s future and the world we're leaving our children.

Musique retro electro initialement créée en mode Soundtrack (91-92) pour un menu de mini jeux pour Atari ST et Falcon codés en GFA (WIP perdus dans un 'crash disc' qui a eu un grand retentissement négatif sur ma vie ces années-là), récupéré d'une pièce jointe de mail, puis passé sous l'ancien Renoise, et enfin DAW avec fx bien plus tard (2012), pour la mémoire.

A calm and heartwarming song from a classic anime. (Time sure flies.) Remember used to listen to the Russian version, and I was amazed on how the song flows. Little did I know, there was an English version, and the one who sings the English was nonother the great Vic Mignogna! I was shocked and loved it even more.
