Deckert versatile musical path began in the mid-2000s, playing in a postcore band during the emo wave. Soon, his curiosity pushed beyond guitars and heartbreak lyrics, inspired by indietronic and the French new rave movement that bridged rock and electronics. After experiencing his first raves, he noticed the lack of underground parties in his native Ruhr area, so he and friends launched Sunday daytime dance events-where his first DJ sets took shape.

In 2008, fate led him to join Jennifer Rostock as bass player, touring for a decade and relocating to Berlin, the heart of techno. Immersed in its scene, he befriended producer Aaaron, sparking his own productions. Their debut, L.D.O.E. (2017), became a breakthrough on Connected, followed by releases on MoBlack, Frau Blau, LSF21+, Stil vor Talent, Monaberry, and TAU.

From 2023, Deckert teamed with rising talent Ede, creating the post-punk electronica anthem Immer on Gerd Janson’s Running Back. The track became a Panoramabar favorite and a staple in major DJs’ sets, leading to further collaborations and shows at Sisyphos and Watergate.

Beyond DJing, he is half of the live act Deorbiting on Oliver Koletzki’s label. His eclectic sets flow through house, indie, and organica, with flashes of trance-crafted with a keen sense for each crowd. Deckert has carried his sound worldwide, from Tokyo to Istanbul, Croatia to Tulum.

Expect hazy jazz, stoner soul, balearic bites, tear jerkin 45’s & international rhythms. Recorded on 100% vinyl from my listening collection for extra warmth!’

Jonna has been playing music with soul for the past 20 years, from the City Fly basement parties @ Sophbeck (RIP) in his hometown of Leicester, to the festival circuit in Croatia to the dark underground clubs of Berlin and as far as Tokyo. He has also supported the likes of Roy Ayres (RIP), Children of Zeus, Benji B, Underground Resistance & MCDE to name a few! 

Jonna has released notable music on Lumberjacks in Hell, BBE, Shadeleaf Music, Flat White Records and his own imprint City Fly Records which has gained support from the likes of BBC 6 Music, Mr Scruff, Jimpster and Derek Carter to name afew. His last release 'Jus Move' featuring Javonntte with Marcellus Pittman & SoulPhiction (RIP) Remixes was featured in Juno Records Top 10 'Best Deep House Records’ of the year and was ‘Release Of The Day’ on Resident Advisor.

Recently, Jonna has been concentrating on his music promo service ‘Unveil PR’ and starting a family but is still an avid record collector and selector spanning many genres of the musical spectrum.

As we've now settled in Iceland, it's the perfect time to introduce some key figures who have shaped the local house music scene—and who have played an important role in Intr0beatz’s journey through four-to-the-floor rhythms.
One such figure is Housekell, aka Áskell Harðarson, a cornerstone of Reykjavík’s underground house scene since 2009. Alongside his labelmates at BORG LTD, Housekell was instrumental in bringing Intr0beatz’s music to a wider audience. They featured his music on their show on The Underground Sessions, founded by DJ Caspa, who helped amplify the sound even further. The rest, as they say, is history.
Known for his raw, genre-blending style that fuses old-school house, UK garage, and bass-driven cuts, Housekell has released music on respected labels like Lagaffe Tales and Hustler Trax. As co-founder of BORG LTD, his DJ sets are a deep dive through classic grooves and leftfield gems, always keeping the dancefloor on its toes.

Toni Romero is Babka! - a DJ and producer orbiting house, power house, disco, and sharp flashes of acid and techno. After cutting his teeth as a DJ in the late 2000s, he turned the booth lights down to light up the studio, where analog synthesizers converse with digital precision - textures that carry both euphoria and restraint.

His perspective is deliberately activist: he collaborated with ACME (Asociación Cultural de Música Electrónica). For the past two years, the Babka! Podcast has carved out space for deeper dialogue with national and Barcelona artists - Pau Roca, Breixo Martínez, Víctor Santana, Dalila, Dafunkas, Spacer, Uner - choosing reflection over spectacle.

His productions roam across the house spectrum, always playing with styles and moods. Earlier, as Fukaeri, he explored darker hues; those tracks found airplay on Scanner FM (Circuito Virtual).

Today, with the DJ engine humming again, Babka! signs a SOULMEEX DJ mix that reads like a manifesto: blending styles and states of mind until the dancefloor tells its own story.

His initial work on white labels and edits blossomed into the formation of Salin Records, which he has used as an outlet for his recent creative expressions. His sound is firmly established in house traditions, with expert groove lines and melodic sequences being utilized to full effect, but it is his love of equipment which has continued to fuel his desire to explore his sound to the fullest. His tunes are fun, fresh and emotive, bringing together the very best of the genre, with his own personal twist on things riding front and centre throughout his enriching discography.
