hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, Owens was first introduced to music in the same place as many befor him - in the church. his love of the artform quicky grew eventually spanning an array of genres and generations. Owens cites an eclectic list of influences ranging from the likes of Aretha Franklin to contemporary powerhouses such as Kanye West and Bruno Mars.
