Clean Plate Libretto, the heart of all food groups, serves fresh beets that pear nicely with a cabernet. Their journey began on a rainy Tuesday, where they embarked on their quest to compose music that would entertain and inspire kings and nobleman across the land(s?). Formed by actors, comedians, and musicians Jordan Elman and Gian DiCostanzo, they decided to work together to bring peace and unity to the People of the Aforementioned Land. When they were cornered by the Dragon of "Bad Taste," the only option left was to create engaging and humorous music inspired by Flight of the Conchords, Tenacious D, and even... "Weird Al" Yankovic.
