Gottbass is Musician /Producer /DJ from Kaiserslautern in Germany.He started playing Piano at the age of 6 and taught himself to play guitar ,drums and percussion since he was 16.At the same age he started writing lyrics and producing music and soon afterwards had his first major gigs in front of audiences of 1500 people with the hiphop crew"Gediegene Gewässer"as support of german hiphop stars Fettes Brot EINSZWO and many more.After growing out of hiphop Gottbass decided to bring his piano playing to professional level and work harder on his producing skills.Since 2011 he also included Djing in his repertoire ,supporting acts like Marusha and Dr Motte (the inventor of the famous Berlin Loveparade ) in Kaiserslautern under the name MK ULTRA EXPERIENCE ,together with his friend and fellow producer Martin Kosel .2013 he created his alter ego Gottbass and shifted his musical focus from dubstep and complextro to more drum and bass and neurofunk.Gottbass aka David Halm also teaches Piano at the Modern Music School in Kaiserslautern and Homburg .
