PF002 // ‘Sequential Circuit’ EP marks the comeback of Hiver duo. The title track displays the melodic and ethereal sound Hiver have been shaping during the years.
‘Clouds the mind’ follows with a sleazy bass-line alongside hazy pads blending into atmospheric textures.
Giving a great addition to the originals, Adiel contributes with vibrant rhythms and sharp synths. Marco Shuttle up the tempo on the other side with his clever use of percussive elements and floatings sounds.

En este mix quise reflejar varias de las influencias que me han llevado a enamorarme de la música y definir mi sonido, en general buscaba una vibra muy ambientech dance. Originalmente había pensado en algo más tranquilo, pero he de confesar que llevo un rato sin mezclar por enfocarme en producir y porque se rompió mi controlador, me prestaron uno por un par de días y me sentí algo presionado de sacar algo, transformé esa presión en energía y terminé llevando el set hasta 155bmp pero intentando conservar siempre un descanso en la atmósfera.
Creo que esa misma presión siempre la cargamos en secreto detrás de la cabina, nos importa mucho que el público pase un gran momento, aprecie la curaduría y la técnica. Al final en este set buscaba transmitirles lo mismo, distraerles de lo cotidiano y llevarles por un viaje musical donde yo he encontrado consuelo e inspiración en lo sonidos. Siempre con cariño y pasión por la música, disfruten!

Sin Presión Mixtape Series 011 - UFO AM

Ranging between hardware machines and analog sound and inspired by the latin american nature, Cyanea is a new project from the Colombian and Venezuelan artists, Dsum and Mata. Both devotees to the dub-atmospheric and deep electronic music teamed up to create "Strepto Sonaris," their debut EP soon to be available on Monofónicos Netlabel.

Formed in 2022, Cyanea found its creative unity while based in Orlando, Florida. Both artists brought their experiences and cultural backgrounds to the project, resulting in a sonic adventure paying tribute to the steemed atmosphere in the Andean mountains.

The EP features three tracks recorded in collaboration, showcasing their ability to craft substantial compositions pushing boundaries and challenging conventional notions of electronic music. The first two cuts, "Strepto Sonaris" and "Compas," capture the essence of Cyanea's sound, with ethereal melodies and compelling grooves driving listeners straight into a mental numb. On the third track, "Auriceps," they leave the Detroit-inspired slot covered by a well-constructed arrangement that shines with its delightful synth design.

On the other side, Dsum's solo contribution to this release share perspective with the Swedish producer Samuel L Session. Known for his legendary and driving Techno sound, Samuel L brings his interpretation of "Temptation," adding a new dimension to the EP and expanding its sonic palette.

Cyanea's "Strepto Sonaris" releases July 21st via Monofonicos Netlabel.

Lask’s been around the electronic music scene since her childhood as a festival kid in the Aussie bush. She started making music in high school and DJing shortly after. Her developing years spent around a variety of electronic music show in her complex and obscure productions, and livesets.
Now focusing on all hardware live sets. Lask's set her aim on performing 'in the moment' made music that can sonically excite dancefloors. Using Analog synths and Drum machine samplers, Lask aims to keep her gear footprint small and the sound big.
