Back in 2006, Discobox started as a house music party in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. With @danield_sounds as resident and house music local legend Vinilcius as promoter, the party was aimed in playing high quality house music to a small crowd interested in hear new sounds. 

Discobox had a unique vibe and during its almost 100 editions hosted the more expressive names of brazilian and international house music scene. In 2013 we moved on, focusing even more in the music : Discobox Records was born. An independent record label presenting the party's musical concept in exclusive productions, keeping one foot in the past and other in the future. 

We want to release music inspired by the sounds of 70s disco and classic house music as well the modern and synthetic flavor of nu-disco and tech-house sounds.

Bayonet are best mate indierockers from Sheffield who sound like a younger brother of The 1975 paraphrasing The Kooks. They have often been compared to the likes of The Wombats, Little Comets and The Smiths.
 
The quartet met in school and have a built a huge following for their colourful and quirky brand of indie pop by busking wherever there's a crowd to play to. They have played many gigs in their home town Sheffield, including support slots for The Ordinary Boys, Lisbon and American band Wild Child.
