In Exploding Plastic Inevitable's brief and glimmering existence they have had the pleasure of sharing the stage with many of Adelaide's up and coming bands, including: Sincerely, Grizzly; It's a Hoax; Horror My Friend; Archers; and Moonfaker.

Exploding Plastic Inevitable (EPI) have had a humble beginning, coming together by chance during March 2013 and jamming in a small room, in an old house, in the 'burbs. They played their first show within two months of their existence and have developed a taste for jamming with perverts watching in local venues around Adelaide. Only 4 months in and the guys had moved to Hillside Studios, and 2 months later saw Riley go on a spiritual odyssey to India, and Liam inter-railing through Europe.

Back together and feeling refreshed, EPI have decided to take their music a little more seriously, just a little, and have supported Sincerely, Grizzly on the Adelaide leg of their "Us; or Optimism" Australian Tour and played the Adelaide micro-festival Hillside 3.0, a showcase of local talent (Organised by producer Matt Hills; Wolf & Cub's 'Vessels').

This Australian summer, Exploding Plastic Inevitable plan to develop their second adolescence, by exploring some sounds, contemplating their place in the universe, and reflecting on a world which seems to be spiraling the wrong way. 

So, come along and listen. We only want to help.
