In a world full of destruction, there is an escape. It would require launching off this planet into the unknown depths of space. In order to do this, Launch Code - the musical alter ego of Bay Area native Brett Batista - offers his help. Through melodic house tracks filled with nostalgia, combined with his brand of heartwarming songwriting, Launch Code wants nothing more than to connect, rather it be through his music or creating an environment with his multi-genre live shows where all feel free to love, dance, and make this world a little bit better.
 
Working to make a name for himself as a DJ in the Eugene house party scene while attending the University of Oregon, Launch Code knew that in order to truly feel the connection to those around him, it would require him to release his own music. In 2021, the moniker of Launch Code was born, as was two tracks - Missing You and Premonition. 
 
The year-long radio silence that followed was not wasted. Alongside taking multiple gigs to play online music festivals over platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and even Minecraft, Launch Code has created a catalogue of music to take listeners on a sonic journey. In 2023, Launch Code will release this music into the world, and with it, hopefully, the connection he strives for will follow.
