Was made on one of my favourite trips of alllll time…I was on tour for a couple months around the US/Canada and based in LA between the shows to write….my big bro Henry Guy came out with me and we had the run of the Future Classic studios for a bit, it’s become a bit of a core memory for me so listening to any of the music from the trip gives me that warm nostalgia BUZZ and this one is my favourite for suuuure, I hope it gives you the same feeling x

Music’s power is in creating community, and this is the essence of Laurence Guy’s work. The London-based DJ and producer’s motto is ‘music to make you feel feelings’: whether that’s comfort, nostalgia, bittersweetness or melancholy. His sound has an unmistakable warmth while being squarely aimed at the dancefloor: samples fit into sprawling keys, and dusty drums thud under lush chords.
