Here's a cover of a track from the movie The Impossible. It's called "He looked so Happy", and was composed by Fernando Velazquez. Everything is done by ear so as usual, I apologize if there's any mistake ! 
I played and recorded everything with a Yamaha NP-V80 keyboard, Cubase 5, Garritan Personal Orchestra and Steinberg's Grand Piano 2.

I basically play every single note I can hear without quantizing anything so it gives it a "natural" sound :)

My usual gear is made of a Yamaha NP V80, cubase AI5 on a Macbook Pro 13" (4 Go RAM) and a bunch of VSTs.
