AFAR is a Berlin based music duo consisting of Elena on vocals and guitar, and Joseph on synthesizers and live hardware. Their forthcoming album stems from the misty heights of the pyrenees, hidden and sheltered within thick, old walls. The whole album was written and recorded in four winter weeks. Seasons change, families grow.
And so did we! Recently we opened our arms and ears to our new favorite live electronica duo: AFAR

The winds have brought them to us and to the winds we send together their magnificent and chill-giving debut EP 'Neglected'.
Three handcrafted mindblowers, ranging between tempi as they range between feelings. A display of the beauty that lies inside all those guitars and synthesizers, joined by ethereal voices, luring you out of your shell.

Going forward, going slow, and somewhere close to backwards, these pearls will deliver in about any terrain.

Laut & Luise is a Music Lovers Club from Berlin && Cologne

Laut & Luise releases carefully selected music on vinyl, individually touched and underlined by a special and characteristic artwork in order to give back at least some love.

Luise herself provides dance music, calm and dubby, still with a definite focus on house and techno.

Aside from the main label, our younger imprint Luettje Luise is meant to be a playground for sounds beyond genres and borders, trying to stay open-minded like daddy Ernst Jandl was.

What is the opposite of little? Lost. A new little sub by Laut & Luise, limited to nothing but a digital playback device and labeled with a mouse crafted artwork. Lost in Luise, for the digital natives and the internet explorers.
