Valencia’s Días de Campo Records welcomes Hessa for his debut on the label -  and the result is as confident as it is contagious. The 2Vilas co-founder and mastermind behind the sought-after vinyl-only edit series Get A Life and label COSMOS opens his new four-tracker “Funky Talks” with “What’s This Shaker” - a no-nonsense, groove-heavy weapon that instantly demands attention.

From the first bar, it’s clear Hessa knows exactly how to handle tension and repetition. The bassline hits with muscular precision - round, propulsive, and full of that kinetic bounce that makes hips move before the brain catches up.
