Unleashing our vitality, letting energy ignite,
Moving with rhythm, at a sustainable pace,
We radiate happiness, in each and every place.

Second line of vivencia, a call to be present, 
Awakening our senses, inviting what is pleasant 
Touch, taste, and scent, in this moment we reside, 
Embracing the world, on this sensual ride.

Third line of vivencia, may our creativity flow, 
Expressing tears or laughter we all glow,
Singing, painting, writing without fear,
Envisioning and manifesting, as liberation draws near.

Fourth line of vivencia, a dance of connection, 
Where hearts intertwine, in affection's reflection, 
Approaching one another, in a tender embrace, 
We find solace and love, in this healing space.

Fifth line of vivencia, profound transcendence, 
A connection to the mystery of our existence, 
Merging with the cosmos, in a galactic embrace, 
Unveiling the mysteries, of time and of space.

In the five lines of vivencia, we find the key,
To unleash our potentials, to be truly free,
To dance, to connect, to express and to explore, 
Biodanza's gift, forever we adore.

Music transcends, conquers all fears.
It weaves a tapestry of emotions untold, 
A language universal, a story to behold.

Through rhythm and harmony, it finds its way, 
Unlocking memories, emotions at bay.
A therapeutic force, healing the soul,
In music's embrace, we find ourselves whole.

The brain, a canvas, music paints upon, 
Igniting regions, like a radiant dawn. 
Neurons dance, connections intertwine, 
As music's magic unravels sublime.

Once upon a time, in a magical town, 
There were children from different backgrounds, renowned. 
There was Ali, a Muslim boy with a joyful smile, 
Sarah, a Jewish girl with sparkles in her style. 
And there was Raj, a Hindu boy, full of cheer, 
Together they embarked on an adventure, my dear. 

It was the festive season of Christmas, you see, 
A time for joy, love, and harmony. 
The children were excited about the upcoming bash, 
But they wondered how to make it without a single clash. 
Ali had an idea, his eyes gleaming bright, 
He said, "Let's come together and make it just right! 

We'll throw a Christmas party, filled with delight, 
And enjoy a delicious feast, every bite." 
The children gathered, with laughter in the air, 
They decorated the town, with love and care. 
Sarah hung up dreidels alongside ornaments so grand, 
While Raj strung lights that shimmered in his hand. 

They played games like musical chairs and tag, 
Dancing and laughing without a single snag. 
Ali shared the story of Christmas, so dear, 
And Sarah taught them the blessings of Hanukkah, clear. 
Then came the feast, a table so wide, 
With scrumptious dishes from every side. 

There were samosas and latkes, and gingerbread too, 
Delicious treats that made the children go, "Mmm, ooh!" 
They savoured the flavours, their taste buds dancing, 
Each bite filled their hearts with love entrancing. 
All their differences melted away, 
As they celebrated joy, on this special day. 

The children realized, with wide-open eyes, 
That love and friendship conquer any disguise. 
Though they followed different traditions, you see, 
They discovered unity in diversity. 
As the night came to an end, they hugged so tight, 
Promising to keep their friendship shining bright. 

With hearts full of love and beautiful memories, 
The Muslim, Jewish, and Hindu children wrote their stories. 
So remember, dear children, no matter your creed,
Love and respect are what we all need. 
Enjoy the festivities and create memories so grand, 
Embrace diversity, hand in hand.

Like the sun!
Like the golden disk!
Opening, expanding, radiant --
     Yes!
     -- a flame!

I say again:
     I don't know
     what to say!

I'd fall silent
-- If only I could --
but this marvel
     makes my heart leap,
it leaves me open mouthed
     like a fool,

urging me
     to summon words
     from my silence.
