I made this track back in 2001, 20 years ago with one of my friends. I was under a huge 'Matrix influence' that time, as the first and the one and only Matrix movie was one of my favourites (and still is). Obviously that time without social media and any other promoting channels the track was undiscovered and was available only for my friends.

But when I realized that they will do another sequel to the Matrix trilogy, I decided to go back to this track and will do a 2021 version, a more synthwave/cyberpunkish version and a much better mix. So basically I've recreated every tracks and instruments from scratch and only used the old original speeches of Morpheus and Neo from the movie.

And finally here we go, here is my new track from my upcoming 2022 LP album.

Year: 1986
He is a crime-fighter; he is a time-traveler. He rides a motorcycle; he flies a jet. He is Mythical Vigilante.
With a samurai sword at his back and pistol by his side, the gleam of the setting sun of the past and newly-rising sun of the future beams across his helmet; the very device that allows for him to venture through space and time. As he rides, he picks up psychic messages that spread throughout time; cries of the innocent in desperate need of help.

The Past:
Dr. Trevor Harris - Quantum Physicist and childhood-friend, began working for Centurion Industries out of desperation for funds due to debt. Tasked with inventing a mind-reading device, the doctor’s work involved testing brainwaves and ESP abilities. Then one day, he learnt the possibility of time travel being more than just a dream. 
Centurion Industries soon discovered the creation of the helmet and its extended capabilities: a device that could be quite useful for their own dastardly plans. Harris’s lab was ransacked and the scientist himself held hostage; luckily, he had smuggled the device away from the facilities prior. Refusing to reveal its location, Dr. Harris is tortured and confined within the walls of his lab; forced to reproduce a duplicate. 
Harris secretly implants explosives within the Mark II and during a head-executive presentation, destroys the lab and all within it: including himself. Shielded by a steel door, a man in a suit escapes via helicopter before the entire building engulfs in flames.

The Present:
The roads of time are long and never ending. Mythical Vigilante recalls that before news of his friend’s death hit the media, flashes of visions plagued his mind; visions he could not comprehend. All became clear once he saw the headlines on newspapers and TV sets everywhere. The path had been lit and Mythical knew exactly what had to come next: the search for the helmet.

But that’s a whole other story.

Living in fear is a terrible thing, especially when your home is being terrorised by evil sprints that revel in your torment.

Enter: the Summoner.

There is a man who has turned his back on the world of the mundane and has turned to face evil forces, instead.
One heck of a life choice, if you ask us! This is a man, however, who treats his own misfortune with copious amounts of alcohol and tearing down the dead that just won’t die.

So, we wanted to provide the Summoner with the best form of motivation known to humanity: a bloody good soundtrack.

What we did is summon the powers of Waveshaper, Maxthor, Vincenzo Salvia, Nightstop, Absolute Valentine, Moondragon, Dream Fiend, Hello Meteor, d.notive, Sellorekt/LA Dreams, and, of course: Irving Force.

A pulsating collection of synth artists that will provide the light in the dark for all you Summoners. The noises in the night will no longer disturb your blissful sleep.
Every track has bottled different elements from the film and is here, brilliantly. It is almost a window to what limbo veils from everyday view: belching forth evil as-and-when it chooses. Let’s just hope the film prepares you for your encounter…
