Christian Burkhardt, the legendary artist from Germany, lends his remixing magic to "Feeling," adding a layer of depth and sophistication that only a veteran like him can achieve.

Nima Gorji, the sound pioneer from Ibiza, remixes "Feeling" in his unique style, embedding it with a dynamic energy that reflects his artistic signature.

Lastly, Uk based Micha Fish joins forces with Octave to present "Your Attention", a track that promises to captivate listeners with its compelling beats and rhythmic prowess.

Ross Kiser steps up for Sublease Music with two new down-and-dirty tracks that reflect the maturing of his sound over the last few years. 

The US-based artist set out to make a darker, minimal EP highlighting synth work and textures to create groove and atmosphere, and succeeded completely.  

Catacombs is a deep and dark rolling joint that foregrounds intricate synths and sounds over drums and percussion. As Ross explains, “I wanted to create a sense of tension and release that not only worked in a groovy sense but also for the dancefloor. I chose and created sounds that in my ears had power and depth, and I’m super happy with the end result.” 

Next up is Differently which uses a similar sound palette but with a slightly more house-y result. Again Ross breaks down his thinking; “It has a slightly housier (deep) and groovier feel to it, featuring a more melodic bassline that is meant to get you moving. I love playing with vocals and so when I found the “hook” or the simple yet elegant “Differently” vocal stab, it immediately worked and sat nice in the mix”. 

Nürnberg based Markus Homm rounds off the EP with a stripped down and even deeper remix of Catacombs.

Montreal based DJ and producer Ostrich debuts on Sublease Music with a double a-side release. Ostrich has already carved a path as a DJ and producer, pushing a minimalistic sound that pulls from downtempo, dub, deep house and techno.

Double Dribble, the title track provides an infectious bassline and airy pads floating on a super tight rhyhtm-section.

In contrast, his second track, Too Dumb To Succumb The Drum focusses on a driving multi layered drum pattern with a wobbling bass and synthie stabs winding their way through, before turning into a futuristic deep house cut.

London based James Dexter returns to Sublease for a stellar remix of Double Dribble. Synth-melodies and housey pads ride on a seriously heavy punching beat setting.

After his recent appearance in the 'Lunar Grooves' series - the London-based young talent now makes his debut official with 'Give Away' EP. As in proper La Zic fashion, the EP features three hazy originals that melt together hooky vocal samples, tight minimal house rhythms, and vibrant bass licks, with Italy's Francesco Mami (Get Physical, Rebellion) giving his own twist to the lead track bringing progressive-ish driving sounds and wider grooves into a bursting, flaming remix.
