‘Vita’ showcases a different side to Coeus. Here the broken beats and rousing sub-bass serve as the foundation against which Coeus layers his synths and floating arp lines. ‘Vita’ could be the soundtrack to a sci-fi epic exploring the outer regions of the galaxy and your mind, as the beats ride out with the listener yearning for more.

So schön war es vier Lieblingsmenschen zu zelebrieren und dabei einfach nur in Liebe und Harmonie zu baden. Ich habe versucht die Sonne und den wunderschönen Ausblick, das Gefühl das es mir verliehen hat, mit Musik zu untermalen. Viel Freude beim zuhören. ♥️

Moodfamily’s seventh instalment might just sound as lucky as the number predicts. Harted releases his 'Wander EP' and manages to define his sound from the get go. His debut fluently rolls through your neighbourhood with the windows down, turning heads as he passes by, sounding smooth yet bumpy and captivating at the same time. Although the EP sounds ahead of its time, Harted stays - somewhat - true to his history in the harder genres, yet with a firm look forward.

MF007 brings 3 original cuts to the table along with 2 remixes courtesy of label friend AMyn and Laut & Luise’s Nutia, both delivering a unique take on the originals. AMyn takes his walk off the beaten track, offering a peek at his upcoming album on Moodfamily. At the same time Nutia shows his unique style, dropping a steady groove while at the same time revealing all the subtleties hidden within.

We're back from Fusion Festival and it was all (more!) we imagined.
Sorry for sounding overly-affectionate here but it's very real. A couple of days of mini-utopia, shared with good people.
It was a sweaty pleasure to soundtrack the 37° heat on Sunday evening. Big thanks to dancers, stage divers & Seebühne crew for making it happen!
Bubbly refreshment drinks got spilled all over us + the equipment but here we are - the music made it out alive and the memories are preserved.

Irgendwo zwischen deep und heiter, Schwung und Beharrlichkeit, Groove und Synthie verlieren sich die trüben Gedanken.
Eine Hommage ans schlendrig schöne Leben, eine ausgestreckte Zunge Richtung Wind und Kälte und ein schwummriges Schwindelgefühl von kreisenden Tänzen und offenen Armen. Wir sagen merci vilmal und wünschen angenehme Stunden mit dem ofenfrischen Charivari.

A very special treat reached me just after midnight today. Usually, Aka-Tapes podcasts are followed for days, meticulously analyzed before they go online, but in this case, I don't want to deprive anyone of this pearl of a diverse mix longer than necessary.

Lazy Hazy, the very talented creator of this almost 3-hour set, has told me that he has used many older tracks that he has wanted to record in a set for quite some time. Since he prefers to concentrate on live performance rather than making podcasts, it is a great pleasure for me that Aka-Tapes has just received this great set.
