SSC 339: remixing "Barmbek Basch", a banging track released very recently by PL, a German rapper from Hamburg. He and his production team (Lars Vader and M-Dawg) let the SSC community have their way with the acapella. Many thanks, guys! 

Originally, the track is 81 bpm, but because I wanted to use this specific track right here, I had to bend it to 83 bpm. The instrumental track contains all-vinyl samples from songs by Dr. John, Barry Miles, Miles Davis, Billy Cobham, the Commodores, Chuck Mangione, Sandokan soundtrack, David Sanborn, Vangelis, Stevie Wonder, Boozy,  the Soft Machine, and Racing Cars, as well as some midi type drumhits in the background, but you should pay no attention to them, really. 

Btw, the Russian guy in the intro talks about how "..the hero in our stories has only one goal in life - to reform and develop his home country on behalf of all of humanity", which I thought was appropriate.  ;-) Oh and the end contains a snippet from a German hiphop documentary on Youtube.
