A guitarist who favors music from the 20th and 21st centuries, but doesn't neglect other repertoire. He graduated from the University of Minho and the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid.

Born in Tokyo in 1997, Tatsuyuki Konuma was graduated from the Department of Music, Faculty of Education, Ibaraki University in 2020. His studies in composition were subsequently completed at the Tokyo University of the Arts in 2025, where instruction was received from Hiroyuki Yamamoto.

During his studies at the Tokyo University of the Arts, the Hasegawa Yoshio Prize was awarded to him in 2024, followed by the Acanthus Music Award in 2025. A scholarship from the Aoyama Music Foundation was also granted to him for the 2023 academic year.

His compositional work is characterized by an exploration of spectral structures, microtonal pitch divisions, and the interplay between individual instrumental timbres and orchestral textures. Acoustic phenomena are frequently integrated with philosophical and social concepts, with emphasis placed on both the perceptual and conceptual dimensions of sound.
